As Executive Director of PIERCE Educational Insight Incorporated, I graciously welcome you with open arms and mind as we come together to change the road of your child's or students' educational path. 

I have earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the prestigious Bank Street College of Education - Principals Institute in New York, a Master of Science in Education in Special Education from Queens College in Flushing, New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education & Special Education from York College in Jamaica, New York.  

I am a proud recipient of a two-year certification from America’s top expert Dr. Mel Levine’s Schools Attuned/All Kinds of Minds and certified as a Schools Attuned Facilitator.  I am privy to have received professional development and certifications from Executive Leadership Institute in New York City, Junior Great Books Foundation, Pittsburgh’s Principles of Learning, Marilyn Burns Education Associates Math Solutions, Learning Center Institute, Wilson Language Program, as well as many other distinguish institutes. 

During my career at New York City Department of Education I was honored to be a Senior Education Administrator for Special Education in Region One.  As a Network team member with two Local Instructional Superintendents I supervised and supported instructional procedures and student achievement in ten schools per Network from prekindergarten to high school. As a School-Based Administrator for Region 2, I supervised a 6-grade Preparatory Academy, Literacy of grades 6 - 8, and a Saturday School-Based Administrator of No Child Left Behind Act -Supplementary Educational Services grades 6 - 8.  As a full-time Staff Developer of Literacy & Special Education I supervised grades 6-8 in instructional practices & procedures.  As Coordinator  of Project Success I supervised an After-School Program, and was appointed as an Inclusion Teacher and a self-contained Special Education Teacher for Speech Impaired and Emotionally Challenged students.  I was given the opportunity to serve students within the Special Education setting of Atlanta as a PEC Teacher at Atlanta Public School System.  I had the opportunity to work within a self-contained environment and an inclusive setting. 

As a foster parent for over ten years for New York State Department of Foster & Adopted Parents of Nassau County, I was recognized in 2003 & 2004 for my commitment to children and parents.  I currently reside in Decatur, Georgia with my family.  I have continued to dedicate my life educating children in the State of Georgia.
